Welcome to Spanish class! In this full-year class your listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills will be developed through:  conversations, games, skits, videos, cultural projects, readings, translations, oral drills, and workbook exercises.  This class will by no means be boring! Although you will not learn to speak Spanish fluently in one or two years, you will develop a base for this to occur with further practice.  By the end of the year you will be amazed at the amount of Spanish you understand and can communicate.

You will be expected to participate in class, study for upcoming quizzes/exams, and complete your homework assignments and projects on time.  These will be a must if you want to learn the language and do well in this class.
